For Attorneys
When a real estate dispute is ready for mediation, Flow Mediation gives counsel a neutral who already understands the transaction. Cory Flowers brings 27 years of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate experience to the table, so less time goes to explaining how a deal works and more goes to resolving it.
Fluent in the Deal
Contracts, option periods, disclosures, commissions and closings are familiar ground.
Neutral and Prepared
Cory reviews submissions in advance and comes ready to work with counsel, not around them.
In Person or by Zoom
Sessions anywhere in DFW, or statewide by video.
Disputes I Mediate
Residential and commercial purchase disputes, earnest money and option-period conflicts, seller disclosure and property-condition claims, brokerage and commission disputes, landlord-tenant and lease disputes, co-owner and partition matters, and insurance and repair claims.
What to Expect
A short intake call with counsel to clarify issues and confirm no conflicts. Confidential pre-mediation submissions. Caucus and joint sessions structured around your strategy, and a written term sheet when the parties reach agreement. Cory is not an attorney and does not give legal advice; counsel remains the client's advocate throughout.
Scheduling and Fees
$350 per side for 2 hours, $650 for a half day, and $1,250 for a full day. Weekend sessions are available by request.
