Cory Flowers brings 27 years of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate experience to her work as a mediator. Since 1998, she has worked directly with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, contracts, negotiations and complex real estate transactions.

A Practical Approach to Resolution
Cory approaches mediation with preparation, neutrality and a practical understanding of real estate. She helps parties identify the issues driving the dispute, evaluate possible solutions and work toward an agreement they choose rather than leaving the outcome solely to continued conflict or litigation.
Neutrality comes first. Cory does not mediate matters involving her own transactions, clients, or brokerage, and a conflict check is completed before every engagement.
