Real Estate Mediation Fees

Flow Mediation offers straightforward mediation fees for real estate disputes. Fees are generally divided equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

2-Hour Mediation

$350 per side

Half-Day Mediation

$650 per side

Full-Day Mediation

$1,250 per side

Mediation Session Details

A full-day mediation is generally scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional time may be available by agreement and may incur additional fees.

Weekend Mediation

Weekend mediations may be available by request. Contact Flow Mediation regarding availability and additional fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For cancellations or rescheduling within 14 days of the scheduled date:

• $125 per party for two-hour mediations
• $200 per party for half-day mediations
• $500 per party for full-day mediations

If a party fails to appear without prior notice, they will be responsible for the full mediation fee.

Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 48 Hours

If a mediation is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, each party will be charged the full mediation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due one week before the scheduled mediation unless other arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Payment instructions will be provided after the mediation date is confirmed.
